An open plan kitchen and dining room in white oak, plaster, and alabaster, drawn for daily family life.
The plan came to us with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms already sharing one volume. Our job was to give each of them an identity without putting up a single wall.
Alabaster pendants mark the island, a walnut hutch anchors the dining end, and a built in banquette turns the leftover corner into the seat everyone fights over.
